 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Tracheostomy tube is in place. Right basal pigtail catheter remains in place. Dobhoff tube tip is in the stomach, out of view. Cardiomediastinal contours are unchanged. There is no evident right pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Bronchial extent on the right is in place. Masslike consolidation in the upper ___ of the right hemi thorax is unchanged. Left lower lobe opacities have increased, are a combination of pleural effusion and adjacent atelectasis. In the left lung peribronchial nodular opacities are better seen on prior CT.
