 INDICATION: ___ year old woman with hypoxemic respiratory failure // ___ year

 IMPRESSION:
 
 ET tube, right internal jugular line, transvenous right ventricular pacer lead
 and transesophageal drainage tube are in standard placements respectively.
 
 Moderate bilateral pleural effusions and moderate cardiomegaly persists.
 
 Several discrete mass like lesions better more clearly visible on ___
 which could be due to multiple pulmonary metastases or abscesses.
 
 More remote lung imaging should be obtained.
 
 Compared to prior chest radiographs ___ through ___.
 
 Widespread multifocal pulmonary opacification has worsened over the past 2
 days and although the change could be largely due to worsening pulmonary
 edema, there is also new consolidation in the right upper lobe suggesting
 concurrent multifocal pneumonia.
