FINAL REPORT
 PORTABLE AP CHEST FILM ___ AT ___
 
 CLINICAL INDICATION:  ___-year-old with dementia status post hip fracture
 repair, now with delirium, question pneumonia.
 
 Comparison is made to the patient's prior study of ___ at 237.
 
 A portable AP chest film is submitted dated ___ at ___.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 1.  No evidence of pneumothorax.
 2.  The lungs appear hyperinflated suggesting underlying emphysema.
 3.  Calcifications in the aorta consistent with atherosclerosis.
 4.  Linear opacity at left base consistent with subsegmental atelectasis.
 5.  Soft tissue in the left superior mediastinum deviating the trachea slightly to the right may reflect substernal goiter. Clinical correlation is advised.
 6.  Status post median sternotomy with aortic valve replacement and stable cardiac enlargement. Mediastinal contours are difficult to assess but likely stable given patient's rotation on the current study.
 7.  There continue to be layering bilateral
