 Heart is normal size. The extent of mediastinal emphysema is difficult to
 assess with conventional radiographs. Right thoracostomy and right
 pigtail drainage catheters are unchanged in their respective positions since
 the CT evaluation on ___. Severe subcutaneous emphysema in the chest wall and
 neck is comparable. The small collections of pleural air at the right apex and right lung base are
 not appreciably changed since ___. Extent of mild interstitial pulmonary edema or generalized peribronchial
 infiltration in the lower lobes has increased slightly since ___.
