 EXAMINATION: CHEST (PORTABLE AP)
 
 INDICATION: ___ year old woman with NSCLC with new chest tube now with
 tachycardia  // evaluate, fluid      evaluate, fluid
 
 COMPARISON: Chest radiographs and chest CT scans ___ through ___.
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 No left pneumothorax.
 Left PIC line ends in the lower SVC.
 Right pigtail and larger thoracostomy drainage tubes are in place in the right lower chest laterally as before.
 Heart size is indeterminate, since the right heart border is obscured.
 Right lung is still entirely collapsed.
 Right pleural space is largely filled with air outlining both the airless lung and the very thickened pleural margin, presumably tumor.
 Mild pulmonary edema has increased, along with small left pleural effusion and left basal consolidation.
