INDICATION: ___ year old man with COPD, intubated and sedated with marked agitation undergoing work-up // interval change in PNA

TECHNIQUE: Single frontal view of the chest

COMPARISON: S radiographs ___

FINDINGS:

NG tube traverses beyond the diaphragm and beyond the inferior margins of this film, all likely in the stomach. Improved bilateral pulmonary edema. Bibasilar atelectasis unchanged. Right HD catheter terminates in the upper right atrium. No pneumothorax. Severe cardiomegaly stable. Left retrocardiac consolidation unchanged, likely atelectasis but cannot exclude pneumonia, correlate clinically. ET tube 2.0 cm above the carina. Large bilateral pleural effusions stable.

IMPRESSION:

No significant interval change compared to ___. Improved bilateral pulmonary edema.
