Persistent mediastinal widening of the paratracheal stations is due to combination of fat deposition and adenopathy.
Left pleural effusions small if any.
Compared to prior chest radiographs since ___, most recently ___.
Mild pulmonary edema has improved.
Some of the more nodular and consolidative opacities in the lungs on ___ raise concern for concurrent pneumonia, perhaps atypical. Most of that has improved.
