 FINDINGS: 
 
 Portable semi-erect chest film ___ at 05:55 is submitted.
 No pneumothorax.
 The degree of superimposed pulmonary edema has somewhat improved.
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Right subclavian PICC line is unchanged in position.
 Tracheostomy tube and feeding tube remain in place.
 Overall cardiac and mediastinal contours are stable.
 There continue be layering bilateral effusions with retrocardiac consolidation consistent with partial lower lobe atelectasis, although pneumonia cannot be excluded.
