 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Small left pleural effusion and mild left pleural thickening unchanged. Heart
 is moderately enlarged, but exaggerated by adjacent pleural and parenchymal
 abnormality in the right lower chest. Basal pleural drainage tube is
 unchanged in position. Moderate volume of residual right pleural effusion and
 thickening, unchanged since ___. Minimal if any loculated pleural air at the
 base of the right lung. There is more consolidation in the infrahilar right
 lower lobe today than there was on ___, but whether this is atelectasis or
 infection is radiographically indeterminate.
