 INDICATION: ___ year old woman with multifocal pneumonia, intubated for resp
 distress // interval change, ETT
 
 TECHNIQUE: Single frontal view of the chest
 
 COMPARISON: ___
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 Improved pulmonary edema and bibasilar consolidation. There is no pneumothorax.
 
 FINDINGS:
 
 ET tube is in standard position. Mild cardiomegaly is unchanged. Diffuse opacities in the lungs have improved consistent with improving of the component of pulmonary edema. Left PICC tip is in the cavoatrial junction. The aorta is tortuous. Bibasilar opacities larger on the left side have also improved. NG tube tip is difficult to visualize below the diaphragm.
