 IMPRESSION: 
 
 ET tube is in standard placement. Right thoracostomy tube is unchanged in position. Mild pulmonary edema has increased. Right basal consolidation due to either atelectasis or pneumonia has progressed. Substantially displaced right rib fractures have not changed appreciably over the past 24 hr Moderate left pleural effusion and moderate cardiac silhouette enlargement are greater. Upper enteric drainage tube passes into the stomach and out of view. There is no pneumothorax.
