FINAL REPORT
AP CHEST, 5:13 A.M., ___

HISTORY: An ___-year-old man with COPD, RSV pneumonia, and treated pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION: AP chest compared to ___:

Heart size is normal. Left lung is clear. ET tube, right jugular line, upper enteric drainage tube in standard placements respectively. Small right apical pneumothorax unchanged. Right pigtail pleural drainage catheter unchanged in position marginating the right chest wall. Small right pleural effusion increased. Subcutaneous emphysema in the soft tissues of the chest wall and axilla decreased from earlier on ___, stable since the later study. Consolidation in the right lower lobe has not cleared since re-expansion. It was not present pre-operatively. This raises concern for pneumonia, particularly aspiration or pulmonary hemorrhage.
