FINAL REPORT
 CHEST RADIOGRAPH

 INDICATION: Right dialysis catheter. Evaluation.

 COMPARISON: ___.

FINDINGS: Mild pulmonary edema continues to be present. The patient has also received a nasogastric tube, the tip is located in the middle parts of the stomach. The pre-existing and known left parenchymal opacity, likely reflecting a pneumonia, has increased in extent and severity. As compared to the previous outside radiograph, patient has been intubated. The tip of the endotracheal tube projects 4 cm above the carina. Finally, the patient has received a right internal jugular vein central line. The tip projects over the upper-to-mid SVC, there is no evidence of complications, notably no pneumothorax. There is now a left pleural effusion and a retrocardiac atelectasis that has newly appeared.
