 INDICATION: ___ yo male with PMH of Afib/flutter, rectal/colon CA s/p APR
 presenting to the SICU for hemodynamic monitoring due to A-fib with RVR

 IMPRESSION: 
 
 No pneumothorax. Heart size is normal. Nasogastric drainage tube passes into the stomach and out of view. Small bilateral pleural effusions are stable. Granulomatous calcifications and pleural thickening in the lung apices, particular the right, is due to prior tuberculosis. In the setting of mild pulmonary edema elsewhere, severe bibasilar consolidation left greater than right could be dependent edema, particularly in this patient with severe emphysema, but but raises serious concern for a progressive bilateral pneumonia.
