IMPRESSION:

Bullet fragments and casings are unchanged in their relative respective positions. Feeding tube ends in the upper stomach. Diffuse alveolitis in the right lung, best seen on chest CT ___, has not improved. Worsening consolidation at the right lung base medially, compared to ___ is concerning for pneumonia. Persistent severe consolidation and volume loss left lower lobe due to extensive pneumonia and concurrent atelectasis, and the inapparent large left lower lobe abscess have been chronic problems. There has been no recent improvement, but she accompanying moderate left pleural effusion is larger.
