 INDICATION: The patient with nausea, vomiting and weakness.

 FINDINGS:
 
 The patient is status post median sternotomy and CABG. There are multiple fractured sternotomy wires, unchanged. Upright portable view of the chest demonstrates hyperexpanded lungs. There is no pneumothorax. The mediastinum is unchanged. Aortic arch calcifications are noted. There is moderate cardiomegaly. There is mild pulmonary edema. Small-to-moderate left pleural effusion is present. Left lung base consolidation is new since prior.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 Left lung base consolidation may represent atelectasis or infection in the appropriate clinical setting. Moderate cardiomegaly, small-to-moderate left pleural effusion and pulmonary edema.
