Getting Started with the App

This document provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to get the App going and how to use it.

Install the App

To install the App, please follow the instructions detailed in the Installation Guide.

First steps with the App

1. Open Function Codes > Function Codes and create the Function Codes your team uses.
2. Open a Function Code detail page and select Assign Devices to assign one or more devices.
3. Open Function Codes > Coverage to review assignment coverage by Function Code, status, location, and role.
4. Use Function Codes > Import Assignments to download a template, export current assignments, or upload a CSV file with device,function_code columns.
5. Use Function Codes > Clear Assignments when selected devices should no longer have a Function Code.
