The frozen evidence the accepted SCN outline is checked against.

Byte-exact copies of the files `tests/test_automatic_scn_outline_parity.py`
reads, taken from the governed Cry1-DIO-dLuc red-channel tuning project on
2026-08-25. The list was not written by hand: the parity suite was run with an
audit hook recording every file it opened, so this archive is exactly what the
test needs and nothing else.

s1_register/ the registered time-mean and valid field of ten recordings
s3_scn_roi/ the accepted labels (r139) and the A007 round-6 labels
s5_orient/ the accepted orientation of each, and one oriented source
rounds/ the round-6 ground-truth canvases and the round-9 case table

Why it is here at all: without it the parity suite skipped for everybody who
was not sharing a disk with the tuning project, so the one test that proves the
shipped code *is* the accepted method could not be run by the people the method
was published for.

Set PYSCNSLICE_TUNING_ROOT to check against the governed project instead.
