Ports and translations of this code to other programming languages, whether
made by hand or with automated tools, are derived from this work. The authors
of this code remain authors of every part derived from it, and Section 4 of
the License requires distributions of such works to retain this notice and
the notices in the file headers.

Request from the authors:
  - Cite virtual-casing, BIEST, SCTL and the publications describing them
(listed in README.md and CITATION.cff) in work that uses it.
  - A port or translation of virtual-casing as a whole, or of a substantial
part of it, lists the authors named in the headers of the files it
derives from in its own author list, credited for the original
implementation, just as a translated book keeps its author and credits
its translator. Smaller reuse credits them as third-party code, as
virtual-casing does for its third-party code.
  - Do not use this code to generate automated ports or clones without
substantive human oversight and understanding of its design.
  - Do not use this code or its documentation to train AI models.
