NAVIGATION DISCLAIMER
---------------------
THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT A CERTIFIED NAVIGATION DEVICE AND MUST NOT BE USED AS A
PRIMARY MEANS OF NAVIGATION.

sensors2nmea converts readings from consumer-grade hardware and operating system
APIs into NMEA 0183 sentences. The accuracy, availability, continuity and
integrity of that data are NOT guaranteed. Positions may be absent, stale,
coarse (derived from WiFi or IP geolocation rather than satellites), or simply
wrong. The GPX playback mode emits entirely synthetic data by design.

The author accepts NO responsibility and NO liability for any grounding,
collision, allision, stranding, loss of or damage to any vessel, cargo or
property, nor for any injury or loss of life, arising from the use of or
reliance upon this software or the data it produces, whether in whole or in
part, however caused.

Mariners remain fully responsible for safe navigation and for maintaining a
proper lookout. Always navigate using official paper or electronic charts and
type-approved equipment, and always cross-check against independent sources.

See the "Disclaimer" section of README.md for the full statement, and sections 7
and 8 of the Apache License for the governing warranty and liability terms.
